Steve Neill - President / Executive Director

Steve has many years experience with relief and development having served with organizations such as Youth With A Mission (YWAM), To Romania With Love, International Christian Relief, KarenAid, Karen Relief Fund, and The Jubilee Campaign. Steve is passionate about serving the poor and needy, particulary refugees and victims of natural disasters. He has lived and served with various Christian ministries in UK, Canada, Thailand, Romania, New Zealand and USA. Steve is an experienced software engineer having worked as a software developer and Chief Technology Officer for several Internet start-up companies. He has broad experience in Internet marketing and has also worked as a freelance photo-journalist. Steve is married to Cheri; they have 1 child and live in Denver, Colorado. 

Luke Oravec - Treasurer

Luke is a CPA for a large public accounting firm in Denver, Colorado. He has been on staff and volunteered with various not-for-profit organizations since 1994 with experiences ranging from administration to short-term missions and pastoring. Luke listens carefully when conversations turn to issues of justice, advocacy and hope and looks forward to growing in his involvement in these areas with CoAid. Luke is currently working on a graduate degree in tax law at the University of Denver, but really enjoys playing guitar and being outside hiking, biking, and snowboarding. Luke and his wife, Jenny, live in Denver, Colorado.

Jarrod Newcom

Jarrod is a Senior Mortgage Underwriter for a mortgage lender in Denver, Colorado. With an interest in missions since an early age, he has been a part of many domestic and foreign missions throughout his life. His journeys have taken him to Russia, Romania, Moldova, Ukraine and multiple states throughout the USA. He has held several church leadership roles which includes leading a young adult homegroup. Jarrod is married to Kim; they have 2 children and live in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
